Five Star Table Linens is a brand of Fabric N Design Inc. This policy explains what information is collected through fivestartablelinens.com, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you submit the consultation request form, the details you enter are sent to Linda Nelson's business email inbox. Those details can include your name, email address, phone number, property or company, role, areas of interest, project type, and message.
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service that passes your submission along by email. FormSubmit handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, prepare samples and quotes, and follow up on your linen program. It is never added to a mailing list without your permission.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and collects information such as:
- pages viewed and time spent on the site
